John saying that he might write a sequel to a nonexistent book.  One of the original titles of The Fault in Our Stars was “The Sequel” because it would be Hazel’s longed-for sequel to An Imperial Affliction.

Oh. My. God.  Also, in a couple of videos before this one (The one with Barack Obama in the title) Hank talks about the hierarchy of needs and basically explains why it is dumb with mostly the same talking points as Hazel.
